Lulu's Express Car Wash

This is the first proactive Manager I've really noticed. He was walking around, speaking with employees and customers alike, taking out trash, and cleaning the area. Great to see people like Nate making the world a better place. A smile and kind word goes a long way.

Been coming for several months now. Car is never cleaned. Purchased the top tier monthly plan, it's not worth it. I complained about maybe my third visit and they were very inappropriate even the manager was out of order when he asked his associate not to argue with me when I hadn't raised my voice or even acted aggressively I only told the associate I shouldn't have to do any cleaning on the body of my car. I should only have to vacuum and wipe down my interior. The only other wiping I should have to do is wipe the excess water off if I choose to. The whole bottom of my car on both sides are completely unwashed every single time. This Augusta Georgia Rd should be closed down or they should find new employees because about four of their employees should be trained again about customer service especially the manager.

I often come here to do a quick wash on my car and use their vacuum to clean it out. I always get the economy wash, which is the most basic. My car always looks super shiny and the vacuums work wonderfully. But the real star of the show is Danielle. She was SO kind and helpful. She picked up my mats and took it upon herself to clean them for me 😭. She did NOT have to do that. She also helped with some other issues i had and she just made my entire day. Its not so common to meet people like that these days. Thank you Danielle!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars I had a great experience at Lulu’s Car Wash on Peach Orchard Road in Augusta, Georgia. Nate checked me in and provided outstanding customer service. He was very respectful, professional, and friendly. The gentleman who guided me into the wash area greeted me with a smile and clearly directed me where to go, making the process easy and stress-free. After the wash, they had everything needed to get my vehicle looking its best, including powerful vacuums, air stations, window cleaner, and all-purpose cleaner. The cleaning area is spacious, well-maintained, and very customer-friendly. The entire staff was welcoming, and the service exceeded my expectations. I give Lulu’s Car Wash a well-deserved 5-star rating and will definitely be back. Highly recommended! 🚗✨
